Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden It is an important botanical garden nestled at the eastern foot of Table Mountain in Cape Town. The garden is one of ten National Botanical Gardens covering five of South Africa’s six different biomes and administered by the South African National Biodiversity Institute. Maclear’s Beacon Table Mountain is a flat-topped mountain forming a prominent landmark overlooking the city of Cape Town in South Africa. It is a significant tourist attraction, with many visitors using the cableway or hiking to the top. Good for hikes, with friends or even alone.
Robben Island It’s a former prison with a museum. Robben Island is an island in Table Bay, 6.9 kilometres west of the coast of Bloubergstrand, north of Cape Town, South Africa. It takes its name from the Dutch word for seals, hence the Dutch/Afrikaans name Robbeneiland , which translates to Seal Island.
V&A Waterfront A harbor-side commercial and residential hub. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town is situated on the Atlantic shore, Table Bay Harbour, the City of Cape Town and Table Mountain. Adrian van der Vyver designed the complex. The Waterfront attracts more than 23 million visitors a year.
Boulders Beach. A sandy cove with resident penguin colony. It is a sheltered beach made up of inlets between granite boulders, from which the name originated. The beach is always clean and safe, It is rarely crowded, and kids will be delighted by the stunning rockpools. The local inhabitants—African penguins in their thousands— are the very very main reason thousands of people visit. It is also known as the Boulders Bay. Definitely a must visit.
